Henri Miron Automobile Ltée reserves the right to modify the advertised products as well as the right to cancel an order or not to process the order (including accepted orders) if the price or other important information on the website is inaccurate. The customer will be notified and refunded.

Return policy

Electronic components, electric windows, tires, bodywork and any parts marked final sale are not guaranteed, non-returnable and non-refundable.

For other types of new or used parts, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase of the piece and handling fee of 20% will apply. Shipping fee no refundable.

Used parts warranty

The warranty is not transferable and applies to the buyer whose name appears on the invoice. The part must have been used for normal use on unmodified vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to declare if the part is installed on a commercial vehicle. Henri Miron Automobile Ltée reserves the right to inspect the part before to honor the warranty.

30 day warranty on used batteries

90 day warranty on used part (or 30 days for commercial vehicles) (Opt A)

Henri Miron Automobile Ltée guaranteed used part of 90 days from the purchase date appearing on the invoice. This warranty does not cover any labor fees related thereto.

The warranty will be honored on presentation of the original invoice and the part sold.

90-day warranty on labor and engine and / or transmission used (or 30 days for commercial vehicle) (Opt B = not available for sale on web)

Claims must be authorized by Henri Miron Automobile Ltée which reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the part and labor as specified MITCHELL ($ 30 / H).

Engine specifications

Accessories on the engine such as the carburetor, fuel injection system, ignition system, manifold, distributor, water pump, sensors, etc. are not guaranteed and should be replaced with your original equipment. Seals should be checked before installation, they are not guaranteed.

Oil, oil filter, spark plugs and thermostat must be changed before starting the engine. The radiator needs to be checked or replaced if necessary.

Transmission specifications

Sensors (sensor and neutral switch) on the transmission cannot be guaranteed.

The transmission cooler must be cleaned adequately and the kick down cable must be adjusted adequately. Seals should be checked before installation, they are not guaranteed.

The return of the core must be complete and empty oil.

If you do not follow these instructions, Henri Miron Automobile Ltée may void the warranty.
